By submitting your podcast or video content to blinkx you are explicitly granting permission to blinkx to index the contents of your podcast or video content and make the content available through the blinkx service. Further you are representing to blinkx that you have legal right to broadcast your podcast or video content and therefore include it as part of the blinkx service. blinkx disclaims any and all legal liability with respect to the copyright of such work, which remains the responsibility of the podcast or video content owner.

If blinkx receives a notice of copyright infringement or otherwise has reason to believe that content your podcast or video content infringes another party's copyright, the content may be immediately removed. As with all content blinkx reserves the right to remove or not include any content at any time for any reason in its sole discretion.

Given the volume of material submitted to blinkx it is not possible to do a review of all content for copyright violations, and accordingly blinkx is relying on your representation regarding copyright.
